Firstly, thankyou for your support last weekend at the changeover and thank you to the previous board for such a successful year.
Tasks for this week:
a)Please log on to our website and update your profile and add an appropriate photo.
b)This year’s Rotary Convention (San Paulo) has just finished. Browse the internet and find the best story/video or otherwise from any convention that would encourage you to attend a Convention and we will load up a couple of links on our site as PR for Seoul. Send the link to President via the site.
c) Board Roles have been added to the site. Check out the dropbox for proposed committee membership (as I have yet to work out how to add committees to the site.) and advise me if you would like to change or be added to another committee. Board members, please contact your predecessors for handovers to make sure nothing falls between the cracks.
d) Please come online this Thursday to zoom though a Board agenda. If you have thoughts on your portfolio, plans or events, then please speak up when called otherwise "nothing to report" is acceptable.
e) dates are being added to the website, if yours are not there, please get a login from David.
